1998: With the restructuring of national companies, cooperated national manufactures of valves, fittings, flanges and car accessories jointed CMI Metal.

2002: CMI Metal R&D and inspection center lab was founded.

2005: CMI Metal reintegrated the strength in European and American market, and built up a global sales & service network.

2009: CMI Metal became the largest export manufacturing group of OEM industrial parts in China.
